Over 50,000 patients have been supported through this service till date.

Delivering secondary healthcare involves delivering specialist care which normally cannot be dealt with by primary care specialists or health centres or which is brought in as an emergency. In our 200 participant villages, the village health center provides the primary health care. This consists of regular checkups, treatment for minor ailments, or providing first aid etc. When patients are diagnosed with ailments which require specialist opinion or surgery; our doctors refer them to the nearest Government hospital. Patients referred for Secondary Referral Care are provided facilitation support. Patients are also provided with a Organisation-run bus service. This facility has vastly improved access to the hospital. The Organisation’s goal is to provide 100% access to Secondary Care. Currently, this service is available to 76 of the participant villages with more than 8000 patients having benefited from the service.
